TJ Services, Inc., owner Troy Jacobo, is not legally allowed to bid any projects in excess of $3,000. He took $2,200 of our money (one half of the total project cost for a concrete pad extension and a new shed) and left us with the worst concrete pad we've ever seen. We fired him after discovering he was not a licensed contractor, which he told us he was, and then told us Home Depot lost the refund for the materials he returned. He is being investigated by the Utah Department of Licensing and we are taking him to court to get our money back. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON, HE IS A CROOK!
