Spectrum Engineers, based out of Salt Lake City, is a structural engineering firm that provides architectural engineering, structural alterations and other services. They are licensed by the Washington State Department of Licensing. A remodeling project was completed by Spectrum Engineers in March of 2000 in the Nevada - Lidgerwood neighborhood using a permit received from the city of Spokane.
