Mike's vision was to create a company that promptly serves the Southern California communities HVAC needs with integrity. Mike's wife Kim, and one of his daughters Brenna work side by side with him on a daily basis. Contractors License #96336 and License#774877. MEET THE BUSINESS OWNER: Mike Nicolai has been serving the Southern California area for 20+ years with a family history of contracting in Southern California. This history keeps the most important parts of running a business a daily primary focus for him; Integrity & long term customer satisfaction. He received his formal education from Cypress College majoring in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, psychometrics, electrical controls and heat load calculation. A technician himself, he has received training directly from companies such as Honeywell, American Standard, Lennox, White Rodgers, Mitsubishi and Carrier. Mike enjoys spending time with his family of six, Church activities, growing plumeria, water sports and art. Mike is working on HVAC4MS which is a future non-profit organization to help people suffering from Multiple Sclerosis or other neurological conditions. People suffering from these neurological conditions are subject to dramatic increases in their symptoms when temperatures fluctuate.
