From my dad: Our family of six, moved into our 2354 sq ft home in December, of 1991. Our four children were all under 6 years old. Well, 25 years of heavy, wear and tear by kids, friends, multiple large dogs, family parties, etc. left us with great and happy memories, but a broken down home in need of a lot of TLC in every room in the house (5 BR, 2 ? bath). In the summer of 2016, we met with Jason Frazier, and wife Angela. We were immediately impressed with their ideas, knowledge, and experience in the ?transforming? renovation work that would be needed in our home. We originally only had a roof, kitchen and some bathroom renovation in our plans. We decided to get the work started with Jason (and crew Dean). Beginning in August 2016, with a roof, water heater, and some termite damage repair, we were impressed with the quality and detail at a fair price. Next, came a complete redo of a dilapidated bathroom. Jason redesigned the floorplan, and in a few weeks, we had a brand new showroom worthy bathroom. Jason and Dean went upstairs and once again designed a plan that would convert our 1 ? baths upstairs to 2 full bathrooms, which included a true Master Suite with some marvelous vintage touches, that we had only been able to dream about over the years. We got to know and appreciate Jason and Dean?s extremely high standards and work habits. We lived in the house over the many months of our House Transformation (renovation). It was then, that we decided to go ?ALL IN? with Jason (and crew Dean). What that meant was we had Jason and Dean renovate, and when appropriate, redesign every room in the house. We have both worked for 37 years full time, and did NOT have time to research all the latest ideas and such. Jason got to know us and our lifestyle, and made design suggestions based upon our needs, and the needs of our large dogs that live with us, and our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter who now live with us as well. Before any work was done, plans were discussed, and the budget was set. He stuck with the budget!! There were no big budget ?surprises? or horrors you may have heard about from other contractors. Jason and Dean have earned our trust and our admiration for their consistency, painstaking attention to detail, and professionalism each day they were on the job. In review, they handled a new roof, a brand new Kitchen with an island, plumbing, tiling (bathroom, and flooring throughout), electrical, opening up of walls/rooms, painting, creating new closets, repairing stairs/spindles, lighting, ceiling and fans, insulation, appliance installation including washer/dryer, kitchen, air conditioners, adding molding, garage door, water heater with housing outside, mounting all our TV?s, and 23 new Windows throughout!! Jason did a great job and is always seemed willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy, even when there were significant changes to the job.

Jason is professional extremely talented and very knowledgeable all our work was completed on time and within budget we are extremely happy with our beautiful kitchen bath as well as flooring and remodel of our family room I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone anytime.
