Bill is a great communicator. He not only was the first contractor to get us a bid and respond to us, he consistently followed up via text, email and phone to ensure that we got what we needed. That was especially amazing since some other contractors wouldn't even call us back!! We decided to actually sell the house instead of remodel so in the end didn't move forward with Bill, but I was so impressed with his follow-through. I would definitely want to work with him in the future.

I bought a Condo in 2011 and it had a nice complicated Rolling Steel Door Garage. Unfortunately, I needed it be repaired and could find no one in San Diego to assist. I was lucky and found Maurer Contruction. He has provided excellent service and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have hired Bill a few times to do projects both big and small for my house and he always does a 5-start job. He completely remodeled my kitchen (among many other projects he has done) and it is without a doubt the best thing about my house. He is reliable, fairly priced, thorough, professional and he is able to do pretty much anything and everything - from complete remodels to smaller improvements or fix-its. The best thing about him is that he takes great pride in his work and does not cut corners on the details. I highly recommend him!
