Very disappointing results. I hired him to power wash my property and he always had an excuse for not getting me a written bid. After two "no shows and no calls," I ,with trepidation let him do the work. He showed up without a power wash hose and so left for home depot. 2 hours lost. Work was very careless. Flooded my shed which destroyed personal memorabilia. Ruined my doorknob lock by not protecting it from the water as well as disabling my doorknob which I found flooded with water, I also found half of my fence post solar lights smashed, one in street which he never told me about. He had a helper who took it upon herself to recaulk one side of my house ( turns out with non paintable caulk) I couldn't see the result because it was pitch dark when they finally finished work. They said they would be back in the AM to fix their mistakes but after 3 repeated calls which went unanswered they reluctantly showed up at 4:30 to paint over caulk they had put in previous day. When I finally reached them by phone I was informed they were "running errands" Very unprofessional and careless and then presented me an invoice for the repair work for their damage. I would not recommend at all.
