SPEEDY APPLIANCE REPAIR

"Justin", I believe is the owner of Speedy Appliance Repair does not care about solving your problem. Justin did show up timely and seemed to be professional and knowledgeable. He said he diagnosed our refrigerator issue to the control board. I purchased one thru him which was delivered the next day (awesome). He charged us for a diagnosis fee. I installed it myself and it worked for a few minutes then stopped. We called him and he showed up again timely, unplugged a few things and plugged them back in. Again it started working but the light in my freezer was out when it wasn't before. He said that was a coincidence and I needed to replace that as well. He charged us an installation fee for the device I replaced. This is understandable as he did have to come back over. The refrigerator stopped working again 20 minutes later. It has been 11 days that we have been politely messaging and calling. He has completely ghosted us as there is no more money he can charge us. I've spent over $300 with no results or concern from "Justin".

Great service, polite. I would recommend and use again.
