I called Erik on the Sunday before New Year's Eve, because the power had been out for 24 hrs at my elderly mother's home, and it was very cold. (I'm responsible for her, but I live 4 hrs away) Erik went out there right away, fixed the problem very quickly, and gave me an extremely reasonable price. Family friends were concerned that, since I was not on the property, he could have easily made up a story, and charged me a very high price -- but, instead, Erik was very honest and simply solved the problem quickly, and charged less than I would have expected. I was very impressed by his honesty, his willingness to help, his ability to quickly find and solve the problem, and his very good pricing. I highly recommend him.
