  | 50 gallon water heater replacement | Aug 2015 | We get a call stating that the hot water is no longer hot and that the 50 gallon water heater was leaking from the bottom. From what the customer told me the water heater was leaking internally down on to burner assembly putting out the flame that heats the water therefore unfortunately the water heater had to be replaced. We replaced the 50 gallon water heater with a new Rheem Classic Performance Series water heater all in about 2 hours. The old one was replaced 7 years ago so the supply lines , gas valve , gas flex line and earthquake were still in great shape so it was not necessary to replace them and lowered the cost of the job by $150. Hauled away the old water heater and had the hot water back on in 45 minutes. Problem solved | $1k | San Jose, CA |
  | Bathtub converted to a Walk-n-Shower Remodel | May 2015 | We got a call asking if we could turn a full size bathtub shower into a full size walk-n-shower, yes we do i replied, Scheduled a time to come look at what needed to be done, So this is what got done, Demo shower completely, move drain from the left side to the center with a two inch p-trap , reinstall the shower pan with mortar underneath to prevent cracks in the pan , install new single handle shower valve, Install hardy backer walls ,tile the walls , grout , clean the tile seal the grout, Job turned out nice and got done on time even with some plumbing issue's that came up. | $6k | Fremont, CA |
