D.R.S. Stairs Inc.

The absolute worst company EVER! They took advantage of my 93-year old mom through a woman who called herself "manager" of my mom's building. My mother spent nearly $100K with this company over 3 years to repair/replace AC units and fix roof leaks. When mom was deemed incapacitated, I became trustee of the building in late 2016. The AC units were installed incorrectly, there are continued roof leaks and wood rot due to the improper installation of the AC units. No permits pulled. No maintenance. No response to complaints the units are not working properly. A unit they replaced in 2017 still doesn't work properly and they refuse to fix it. I had to hire an attorney and D.R.S Stairs' attorney (probably their cousin) never responds or says she's too busy in court to deal with our problem. I have given this company every opportunity to fix their shoddy work, they refuse. Filing a complaint with the Contractor's Board and am pursuing legal action.
