AQR installed a metal roof on my house in 2015. I had a leak within months of the installation. They came out and caulked area they suspected was the cause . However, the leak continued everytime the rain hit the wall. I reached out to both Mr Salinas and his wife for months without success. A year later memorial day, Mrs Salinas shows up at my house to offer resolving issues. I had just had another company fix the issue on Friday. AQR had attached the metal flashing over the coaxial cable causing a gap at entry and exit of cable. Rain would sip through the gaps. Metal not flushed with wall. This was a workmanship mess up which they failed to come out and access. Thank God the cable was still laying on the roof awaiting rerouting by cable company so that Mrs Soraida got to see it. 10 yr workmanship warranty was not honored in this case. I do not appreciate her respond to the bad review posted over a year ago on Google as if they tried to resolve issue. She should have addressed it a year ago.
