DUANE HEIL CONSTRUCTION

I have worked with Duane and his team on multiple projects. All the projects I know of were completed in record time, with the very best material and construction methods available. Having talked with the engineers, architects and clients, I never once heard a negative comment from even one of his customers. Anyone seriously interested in hiring Duane and his team to do work for them will find themselves in good hands. He gets it done and done correct, never cutting the corners that can affect the safety of families. Having worked in this industry for more than 30 years, few companies that I have worked with can claim the same level of safety and quality concerns. Stay far away from this contractor! He has built numerous commercial and residential structures in San Luis Obispo County that are plagued with problems. Duane Heil has constructed numerous failed radiant heating systems, fails to construct project per plan (missing structural components), amongst other problems. Google his name, he used to do this in the bay area until he was run out of town. Now he is doing his poor work in San Luis Obispo, Ojai, and other locations. It looks like he is now back in the bay area doing work with a local architect. A 98 page deficiency report was prepared after Duane Heil was fired from the project. Do not let him make you his next victim!
