Total Maintenance Services

Total Maintenance far exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and timely in completing various repair/remodel services for me. Most importantly, they provided high quality service and I would definitely hire them for another job.

Total Maintenance Services did several jobs for me. The results for each are fantastic. Tile repair, exterior door installation, laminate flooring installation, baseboards, and glass back splash, this guy does it all! The jobs were completed efficiently, on time and within budget.

The most important thing to me at the time TMS worked for me was that they returned my phone call, gave me a reasonable bid, showed up on time and left the jobs clean. Those were miracles! My kitchen was in chaos after new cabinets and counter tops had been installed. TMS painted the kitchen and louvered closet doors, did minor installations. Other household jobs they performed were fixing a sliding glass window, the insulation around the front door, and installed a grab bar in the bathroom. I'm sure there were other jobs as well. My kitchen is smiling. I now have someone to call when I need household help.

I have worked with Total Maintenence Services several times and am always satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism! I will absolutely work with him again!
