After paying Juan over $125,000 he didn't complete any of the ten city code violations. Learned later his contractor license was suspended ... he's not even allowed to do any construction work! He's a crook, con artist and couldn't keep his hands off my wife after I instructed him to do so. All his reviews are most likely falsely generated. Beware, he should be in jail.

The entire team is professional, co-operative & understanding. They uses the best quality in all Products, it doesn't compromise with the quality.

I am so pleased with Santa Barbara Construction and Design. I was completely pleased with the job they did on my mobile home skirting. I felt they went above and beyond what I expected. Also, the workers were courteous to the point of being kind people. There was no cursing or trashiness that I have experienced with previous jobs. When I just mentioned a concern, it was fixed immediately. I really didn't expect things to get done like that. I now have used them for two jobs and am going to use them again for a series of projects because I finally found a construction company that I feel comfortable doing business with. They are now friends. They had a concern and sensitivity to what I wanted. Now I am going to use them on a project my mother is working on. These guys are a treasure.

I had a wonderful experience with Santa Barbara Construction. Juan started right away and exceeded my expectations from start to finish. It is hard to find reliable, trustworthy, caring and genuine people in this business. Juan and his crew were all of that and more. It's great knowing my parents love their new fence and that they are safe with the removal of the electrical wires that were exposed, peace of mind for all.
