Don’t waste your time. We had Tim out to bid our project and after a few weeks of complete silence (as if we were ghosted) I inquired about the proposal. A week later a I got a bid that had nothing to do with what we discussed. It was if he had sent us someone else’s proposal. He never responded to another email. Apparently our 100k + budget wasn’t worth his time. I guess a middle aged man wearing braces on his teeth has a lot of baggage. Next!
