In 2014, Joshua founded JSW Consulting, an independent consulting firm that educated real estate teams on how to develop and implement technology for their businesses. In 2015, Joshua joined a top producing real estate team of which he helped generate over $68 Million in sales for that year. In 2016, Joshua became an independent real estate advisor taking the steps towards opening his own company.
