Just had my favorite home inspector Christopher Iula give me a "pre-inspection" so I can make myself a good to do list. Do you know what he found? There is a hole in my roof from that storm that came through yesterday. Now I think I remember the loud bang. Do you know what else? He is such a gentleman that he took the time to put a tarp u there and secure it so I am protected until I can get a roofer and my insurance adjust out there. A 100% professional and gentleman through and through!

Chris was awesome, he walked us through the whole process and exampled everything in detail. He also was very attentive to all of the concerns we had. It was a great experience that put as at ease, thanks Chris, you’re the best!!
