Greg took our $7300 downpayment for a siding job, constantly delayed starting the work, and finally could not do the job. When we cancelled the contract, he refused to refund the downpayment. We are currently taking him to court. Don't believe anything he says; he constantly tells you he is going to do something but then does not do them. Never do any work with him.

New business Alias is ' Inspire Design and Build." Mr. R********* (owner) has not completed our remodel and addition to our home. The project started in Sepember 2016 and my home is still incomplete despite paying ($) for many of the progress payments. For example,walls are not aligned, inferior materials were used and, subcontractors not paid. Mr. R******* constantly trying to collect payment for work not done while subcontractors would not show because they weren't paid. Poor workmanship and some questionable subcontractors were used. Constant harassment for money and repeated threats of liens to extort more money for work not done. This is the text book example of a "bad contractor." Once the money was collected - he was no longer interested in finishing. Mr. R********* has failed to perform work in a timely/professional manner.. We've been more than patient and understanding regarding his money management issues but we have had to pay for re-work and to have the job completed ourselves at great expense.. We also had to have the new roof removed and replaced because the new roof was not safe nor installed correctly.
