Home Repair & Maintenance. Free Estimates. Most work can be bid with a price and a proposal. Or work can be done on a time and material basis. Almost all work is done by me. If I have a helper or subcontractor, I am always present to get them started until the customer is comfortable with them. I only use helpers or subs I use in my home. I do not ask for money until a substantial amount of work is completed, or if there is a high material cost, until the material has been delivered.

Install composite deck material, using hidden fastener system. Build and install 50 foot long outer hand rail system of 4 x 4 uprights with 3/8" thick tempered glass between posts mounted in wood frame. Install 1 set of steps to ground. Connect deck to same level of other existing deck. Build other handrail sections of 4 x 4 posts with 2 x 2 pickets in a 2 x 4 frame. Top of all handrails is same composite material as deck.
