Jeremy, the owner, gave me a quote to repair the roof on my shed. During the quote, he verbally told me that haul away of all the debris was included. He even told me on the last day of the project that he would be back to pick up the scrap. 3 days later...

Took extra days (lost wages for us), stole our ladder, damaged our walls and outlets....did not offer to fix the paint or reimburse us, crew arrived 2 hours late every day and left 2 hours early one day, very unprofessional.

Excellent value. Excellent to keep appointment. Excellent responsiveness in communication.
