Well deserving of a PERFECT review!!! I am a single 44 year old woman with no family near to help me move. I have some very heavy pieces of furniture moving into a 2nd floor apartment. First of all Michelle was EXTREMELY kind and accommodating when explaining their service and booking my appointment. The movers showed up right on time and started working immediately. They moved all of my furniture out of my old apartment and into the new one FLAWLESSLY!!! Not one single nick or scratch in anything!!! They definitely got their workout, I had two VERY heavy dressers. They were polite, professional and beyond helpful!!!! I really cannot say enough about what a good experience this was. I have been extremely stressed about this move and they made me feel so much better!! I HIGHLY recommend Ace Home Care and will definitely be using them again in the future!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve moved every couple of years my whole life and this was the most stressful one I’ve gone through. It took the guys 5 hours to load the truck with my boyfriend and I helping. And another hour to bring down one large armoire. We were in a 2 bedroom condo! It was so ridiculous. They complained and talked the whole time, took several smoke breaks and one time I found the lead guy sitting in my chair, eating Cheetos and smoking a cigarette and then he told me they were moving as fast as they could. They made us late to our closing and damaged multiple things because they decided to put a couch on boxes and they were careless. They stomped out cigarettes on our driveway and left them. They were supposed to come back to clean the light beige couch they walked all over with dirty shoes and on the third day of them saying they were coming, Michelle just decided to stop answering calls/texts and ghost me. I shouldn’t have paid the movers and I definitely shouldn’t have tipped but I’m a good person and thought they’d make things right. They did everything to avoid making an insurance claim so I could be compensated. I’ve found numerous things that were damaged since Moral of the story, they might be cheaper option but in hindsight, I would have paid more money upfront to not have to deal with all the wasted time, the stress, and the damaged items. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Please don’t use this company for moving help!

This is the worst company I?ve ever had to deal with. They sent movers that?s smoked In my house and these guys were very unprofessional. They were paid by the hour and I couldn?t believe how they behaved in order to stretch the time. I?ve dealt with three other moving companies in my life and had good experiences. They damaged several items also and refused to make it right. The lady who answers the phone was nice at first until I called to inform her what had happened then she became very nasty and blamed me for the damage! Please please stay away... they were the most affordable but it has cost me more in the long run!! BEWARE!!
