When I say this is indisputably the worst company I have ever done business with, this is not in the least bit an exaggeration. There is not a scale of stars or numbers low enough to rate them on. Saving as many people as possible from the same utterly abominable experience I had dealing with Window Town puts a smile on my face knowing I bettered someone's life, if only through deterring them from using this company. Below I have provided a timeline that highlights every interaction I had with Window Town from start to finish of the job I contracted them for so you can judge for yourself if it is worthwhile giving this inherently mismanaged business your hard-earned money. 5 windows. 397 days. 6/30/21 - An estimator came to my house to measure windows and calculate a job total for 2 double-hung and 3 basement windows. 7/12/21 - I placed the order for the job and paid a $900 deposit on the total due of $1,800. 8/5/21 - An installer came out for secondary window measurements. 11/30/21 - After having been told the lead time for my installation was 10-12 weeks maximum, 4 out of the 5 windows I had ordered are installed (though little to no site cleanup was provided for these windows) 22 weeks later. The installers shatter the 5th and final (basement) window trying to install it. I was told the order for the broken window would be expedited with a 2-3 week lead time and that we would not be charged for the job until that one was installed. 12/3/21 - With no notice whatsoever, $641 was withdrawn from my checking account for the balance of the 4 out of the 5 windows installed. When I contacted Window Town about this, they told me the funds had to be withdrawn as payment was unable to be completed at time of installation of the 4 out of 5 windows despite there never having been an opportunity afforded to me to pay, and on the contrary the installer telling me I would not be charged until the entirety of the job was completed. It was at this point Window Town told me their installers were 3rd party contractors and had no right to tell me that. 2/11/22- An appointment was made for the final window installation to take place on the following Friday. 2/18/22 - Never having received any type of confirmation for my appointment, I called Window Town the morning of only to discover the window they were supposed to be installing that day had been cracked while in the warehouse and the installation would have to be further pushed out to a new date. There was no new date given for installation. 4/22/22 - After several phone calls since February 18th inquiring about the status of my window, I was contacted and told installers would be available to come put my final window in on that coming Friday. 4/29/22 - The installers showed up with an incorrectly sized window, missing chain and latches, necessary hardware for installation. I called to follow up with Window Town about this and make sure I was not charged. 6/30/22 - I called to inquire about the status of the final window installation and was told my order had been placed on April 29th at 1:43PM but that they would not have it from the manufacturer until an estimated date of July 15th. 7/29/22 - Having heard nothing in regards to setting up an installation appointment or an update on the status of my final window to be installed I called and left a message inquiring about such. My call was returned and an appointment was scheduled for late morning/early afternoon Monday, August 1st to install my final window. 8/1/22 - The final basement window is installed and the remaining balance of $259 is paid. This review is entirely factual and I have correspondences to prove such. At no point during this transaction was there anpology extended or any type of discount or money back offered to help compensate for the multiple inconveniences of scheduling and rescheduling installation dates and times and the extremely long wait period for this job to be completed. In summary, steer clear of this company at all costs. Be warned.

When my windows finally arrived (27) 20 where measured wrong so I had to wait another 6 weeks. They never sealed the windows and 6 don't close properly & 1 basically falling out . That was 2 months ago, I call and call no answer, then they call back and tell me they will take care of it. STILL WAITING NOT HAPPY 🤬 I WOULD NEVER REFER TO ANYONE THERE SERVICE SUCKS
