Window & Glass Pros

We hired WINDOW & GLASS PROS to install 2 new shower glass doors. The salesman was personable and the order went smooth, however the time it took to make and deliver was 2 months. I had the doors installed and 6 months later one of the glass doors is now scraping the tile and needs to be adjusted. I called to make an appointment and the best they could do was 1 week for fixing it. I got a call that day 15mins after the appointment window to say they need to reschedule because they had an emergency, they rescheduled for yet ANOTHER WEEK and when that time came for the appointment, I got yet ANOTHER CALL to reschedule AGAIN because of an injured installer. Do they only have one installer? If you have any warranty work needed from them, you go to the end of the line and who knows when they will ever come. STAY AWAY from WINDOW & GLASS PROS. There is nothing PRO about this company. Customer service comes from someones house and and there is no clue as to what is going on.

I am very happy with the progress on our project. We are going to replace four windows and a sliding door. Mario came and measured and gave us an estimate. The office manager made the project very easy to manage from out of state. Joe
