Per the contract that was provided BY SCOTT, "if for ANY REASON, (No time limit) that the project is not going to started, the contractor will return the $ 1000.00 deposit given to the contractor on day of acceptance". Signed by myself AND Scott Reed, 10/06/ 2017. It wasn't bulling, it was holding you to your word. The 1000 dollars has been repaid.

1st project went ok. 2nd project windows was ok drywall crappy said he would fix it but forgot tools when he picked up $1000.00 dollars for 3rd project. We were unable to obtain permits requested $1000.00 back, he asked for 30 days...we received nothing. Avoided some phone calls. Finally answered said call him next wednesday. Avoiding again. Sent us a vague repayment contract 100.00 dollars a week starting Jan ending march 2018...we countered with questions and a slightly higher dollar amount no answer to our reply. Called....avoiding again. We do not feel we should be chasing payments down. Whats up Scott we gave it in good faith and need it back. 5 months is a long repayment time for what has apparently turned into an interest free loan.

Reed is multi talented. Took care of all my lose ends and did my big projects flawless. If something was missing he didn't have an issue running to Home Depot or Ace to get what was needed. He never said, I can't do the job...that is what I look for when I hire someone. I have used him for several projects and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend him and I don't recommend just anybody.

During the last couple of years, Scott has completed a few projects for me, including cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, painting and geneal handyman projects. He is reliable, fair priced and friendly. Without hesitation, recommend him to anybody, and all who have asked me for a referral.
