This outdated property was purchased by the home owners as a rental in the near term with plans to move in in the next few years for retirement. The home came furnished with beautiful rustic furniture complete with cattle skull over the fireplace matle. We were tasked with designing a modern style to match the existing south-western decor. This included an all new kitchen complete with cabinets, granite counter-tops, full wall tile backsplash and appliances. We also remodeled both guest and master bathrooms replacing the cabinets, tops and shower. A partition in the master bath was removed to open up and use the natural space. The old-style step-down shower was removed and filled in to make room for the new walk-in shower with oil rubbed bronse fixtures and decoritive tile. All light fixtures and fans were replaced throughout to compliment the new 3-tone paint complete with accent walls that our designer picked out with the client. The back yard was transformed from barren rock to a welcoming patio with pavers, landscaping, irrigation and a water feature. Landscaping and irrigation were also provided in the front to increase curb appeal and add to the living space in the front court-yard.
