Bob's TV Service

When I called Steven I was a bit lost on what I really needed as I am not a tech savvy individual what so ever. He was extremely patient, kind, & so helpful. He was able to explain the process and one of the best parts , getting me on the scheduled and out to my home within a couple of days (would have been next day but had a conflicting issue but was more than happy to work with my schedule ) He arrived on time was very professional in every way and was able to repair the issue same day & I had asked Steve if there was a site I could google on how to connect my phone to the T.V. he was kind enough to take the time to show me how which was beyond helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will be my first call if any other issues arise. Thanks Bob's T.V.!
