Carl & I were co-owners at Faire Rivage Condo Complex in Huntington Beach from 1996- 2002. Carl was on-site manager the last few years, He did a terrific job during that time. In 2002 I moved to Irvine and Carl moved to Seal Beach. The last time I talked to him was around 2003. I am on my 33rd year of retirement and surprised that he is still working. I have lived in South Pasadena the past 5 years, and moving back to Huntington Beach in about 6 weeks.
