  | Kirkland | Jan 2012 | This home was a significant remodel. We started with only the foundation from the existing structure. We found ways to pull in, project out, recess and subtract from that original footprint as we built up so that would enable spectacular views, solar shading, natural ventilation and diminish solar heat gain in the summer.   | Shoreline Kitchen | Jan 2009 | This kitchen remodel required using a number of prefabricated kitchen products that had been serving as a display model at a high end Italian kitchen showroom. The homeowner managed to negotiate a fabulous price on an otherwise beyond-budget cabinet and counter top system. Then we pieced together all the parts in a new and exciting way. Built in 2009.   | Juanita Residence | Jan 2008 | This is a new home built on a vacant subdivided piece of property in the suburbs of Seattle. It was three years in the making after solving complicated land use issues.
