Clean Slate was founded 14 years ago by Lorena Vera. Since it's inception, Clean Slate has provided superior cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in the Puget Sound area. We bring incredible attention to detail to each job, with customer satisfaction as a top priority. Our Clean Slate staff are qualified, dedicated individuals, with excellent cleaning skills and professional customer service. We operate with premier standards and are proud that we can consider most of our clients as family. Clean Slate has successfully expanded the commercial aspect of the business. We are currently focusing on cleaning recently constructed multifamily buildings, new homes, and recent remodels for numerous prominent contractors in the area. RECURRING CLEANING This is the most common type of residential service that includes kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting, garbage and recycling removal, vacuuming, and mopping. The process for new clients includes a "meet and greet", where we gather your requirements and evaluate the extent of the services we will provide. After a quote is provided and terms accepted, the first cleaning visit will typically be more extensive followed by scheduled consistent service to maintain cleanliness. DEEP CLEANING In the spirit of the spring cleaning concept, this service is typically requested in addition to the recurring cleaning once or twice a year. Tailored to a client's requirements, this service can include: window blinds cleaning, cleaning of baseboards and molding, and cleaning the interior of refrigerators/freezers. MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT Getting ready to sell your house and/or preparing for an exciting move? This service is similar to a deep clean, either preparing your previous residence for staging or preparing your new residence to be lived in. BEFORE & AFTER PARTY CLEANING If you are planning to entertain guests and already have millions of other details to focus on, Clean Slate can provide before and after cleaning for any occasion. We will strive to optimize your event experience and make the planning process easier.
