Threw away my medicine and entered my home WITHOUT my permission after I terminated our agreement! I fired them after my medicine was thrown away. Imagine my desperation when it was time to take it before bed on Friday night and having to go without all weekend. They said they would drop the keys off at the concierge on Thursday (since they ignored my texts for days). No keys. Friday she said, with no warning, we are downstairs right now to drop off the keys. I told them to come back a different night. They entered my home WITHOUT my permission to return the keys. This still infuriates me as I write it. F for communication. Could not give me an accurate 4 hour window. I work from home and have a dog. No warning or notice in many instances, including after I fired them. B for cleaning quality F for using the keys I gave. Many times pounded on the door until my concierge let them in. F for disposing of the recycling properly. Kept jamming boxes and recycling down the trash chute despite me showing them the proper location. Thrown away: $75 tube of medicine Half of my reusable razor Nice, wooden chopsticks from Japan that was a gift I do not recommend and advise against.
