Hello, I am a hardworking and easygoing cleaner available to handle all your home and small office needs. I use environmentally friendly products from Greenworks, Seventh Generation and Method brands as much as possible and only break out the nasty suff, like bleach and oven cleaner, when absolutely necessary. A standard cleaning visit includes: Kitchen: Clean and disinfect all countertops. Clean the exterior of all appliances: refrigerator, oven door, stovetop and microwave door. Clean inside microwave. Clean light switches. Clean baseboards. Vacuum and clean floor with Swiffer wetjet mop. Take out trash, compost and recycling. Bathroom: Clean and sanatize all surfaces; countertop, sink, tub, shower and toilet. Clean all mirrors. Clean light switches. Clean baseboards. Vacuum and clean floor with Swiffer wetjet mop. Take out trash. Bedrooms, Living Room, Dining Room and Other Common Areas: Dust all accessible surfaces. Clean all mirrors and glass surfaces. Vacuum and clean floors with Swiffer wetjet mop. Take out garbage and recycling. Pick up and organize clutter. Clean light switches. Clean baseboards. Additional Services on request: Clean inside cabinets. Clean inside refrigerator. Clean inside oven. Clean interior windows. Wash and dry laundry. Change bedding and linens. I am also available for exterior cleaning, yard work (but do not have my own tools for that at the moment) and pet care. I have extensive experience as a cleaner going back many years and have also worked as an apartment manager, handyman, and as the facilities manager for an arts center. In my free time I am active in the local literary community as a poet, fiction writer, lit mag editor and events coordinator. Rates (Two hour minimum): One time cleaning: $30/hour Monthly cleaning: $30/hour Twice monthly cleaning: $25/hour Weekly cleaning: $20/hour Serving: Downtown Seattle, Belltown, Pioneer Square, International District, Central District, Capitol Hill, First Hill, Queen Anne, Beacon Hill, Mt.
