DO NOT USE THIS NON PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS SITE EVER!!!!!!!!! Absolutely terrible. This guy had me scheduled for a day different than we agreed causing me to reschedule my carpet cleaner. I had to pay up front because I was a new customer. Then did not show nor answer th e dozens of calls and emails and texts I sent. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT HIRING THIS NON-PROFESSIONAL. AND DO NOT THINK ABOUT USING THIS SITE. I GOT NO HELP IN GETTING MY MONEY BACK FROM THEM. They may say they protect you if a bad job is done but won't help if the person you paid doesn't show.
