Avoid Greenwood: Frustrating Experience We're sharing a negative experience with Greenwood's installation services. We hired them in November 2022 to install a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system for our home. Unfortunately, despite it being almost two years later, the system remains nearly unusable for cooling. Greenwood has attempted some solutions since installation, but none have resolved the cooling issue. Additionally, follow-through has been extremely poor and the amount of time between each attempt to solve the problem has been consistently lengthy. Repeated calls and emails often go unanswered, leaving us frustrated and frankly disrespected by their lack of communication. There are many reputable companies in our area that install mini-splits. We strongly recommend considering other options and avoiding Greenwood

I have used Greenwood twice now. Once in my last home for a brand new gas furnace and now in another home for electric mini-split system. I am super pleased with this company! They are professional, CLEAN, quiet, timely, great with communication and they use superior products. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Sean B, the installer on the mini-split system is great! He knows everything, completely respectful of my home and is one heck of a hard worker. He asked my preference on things along the way if he had a choice to make (i.e. where to put pipes, etc.) The electricians are top-notch and everyone works together really well. And they are funny! I got bids from 3 companies before deciding to go with Greenwood and I signed on the spot when John L (the estimator/advisor) was here. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but their guarantee is top notch. Justin H (PM) called me at the end of both days to check in and make sure I was pleased. (and I AM!)

Great experience. The previous furnace was outdated and stopped working and they installed a new system quickly and were friendly along the way.
