Secure Comfort

1st I would like to Thank Robert for all his had work. I am a single mother, and not very excited about the idea of having men in my home or dealing with heating issue I have know clue about. (I'm just a Yoga Instructor) Robert was very respectful, clean, and open to answer all the annoying questions I had for him. Despite a repair bill just a little over $300, everything was quick, professional, honest and done correctly, because my heat was on in less than 2 hours. I'm glad I chose to use Secure Comfort for my heating issues. I did not feel pressure in anyway, he understood my hesitation at 1st, and allowed me to choose what I wanted to do vs pressuring me to purchase a new unit, even though the unit is over 15 years old. Job well done!

Great people

Secure Comfort was installing new furnace in my house based on project submitted through Porch. The pro who was working on furnace replacement have not done job properly - he did not seal large hole between furnace and ducting extension he made. As a result a lot of hot air coming into garage, and it's reducing overall efficiency of the heating equipment. Also while carefully inspecting his work I found other issues like broken power switch on furnace's door. After I contacted him and asked to come and finish work properly he refused and he was asking for more money.
