Here is what you need to know about Carlos and CSC, LLC: He will stand by his work, you will have no surprises from his initial quote on, and he will transform your home. My partner and I bought a 100-year-old home in Seattle that needed a lot of love: total overhaul of electric and plumbing, an extensive kitchen renovation, and I won't even tell you about the smell. We got quotes from a number of different contractors, and from our first interaction, Carlos was the most organized and personable. He also struck the right balance between hearing what we wanted in the house and offering his expertise and advice. During the project, he and his team put in long days and did careful, beautiful work (the kitchen is the gem of the place! we always get compliments on it). They also went out of their way to help us while we were doing our own projects on the house. You should choose CSC, LLC for your projects because of the excellent work that they do, but the bonus is that you will not find a team with more integrity and pride in their work. We had a couple of issues--more than reasonable given the scope and time frame of this project--and Carlos was a phone call away, and went above and beyond to resolve everything. We will definitely be calling him for any future projects.

Carlos and his crew are fantastic! They work fast and deliver great results in a friendly, optimistic and no-bs manner. If something does not go according to plan, like it always happens in life, they are always there to course-correct and to get it done. We'd be definitely working with them again. In fact, I kind of miss Carlos and his crew. They are top notch!

CSC has done two separate retaining walls for us. The prices were reasonable and the quality was high. The team they had come on time, work late, and never went over on the duration of the job. They are highly recommended as competitive to superior in all regards to their peers. We will likely use them again for our next job if they have availability. They are true craftsmen and have superior customer service if anything seems out of place. 5 stars for sure.

It was a pleasure to work with Carlos on our kitchen remodel. When we say 5 star outstanding we truly me it! We live in a older resident condo building and understand the stress Carlos had to put up with by the (nonappointed) community watchpeople continually finding something to complain about. Nonetheless, Carlos and team endured through the complaints and took them in stride and with grace and built us a beautiful new kitchen on time! There were some unexpected things that came up during the process but Carlos was overly communicative and kept us in the loop on every detail (including every complaint just to bring to our attention) which was very comforting to know what was going on and when. All in all it was a great experience and we would 10/10 recommend Carlos and team to anyone!
