  | Bainbridge Beach Garden | Jan 2012 | The clients needed an updated entry to their beach-front home, and also wanted a dining area away from the wind. We designed a modern space that went well with the style of their home, and that would withstand the salt, wind and sun that were characteristic of the area. The project incorporated custom made steel planters, pre-cast concrete pavers, and evergreen plants chosen for their foliage rather than their flowers. | $70k | Bainbridge Island, WA |
  | Queen Anne House | Jun 2010 | This was a completely new landscape for a new modern home in an urban area. The front yard needed to have clear direction for the front yard, but also to connect to the interior of the living room--this posed a privacy issued that was solved with a high cedar screen wall and planting. The backyard has a large lawn area, and a lounging deck that connects the house to the garage. There are steel planters separating the walkway to the alley from the lawn. | $80k | Seattle, WA |
