I originated 5 Men & A Lawnmower in 1991 where today it is still a strong thriving business, catering to the community of Henderson, NV. And in 2001 began operations in the Greater Seattle area, where today we can say the community of Seattle has treated us very well.

I was pleased when they actually showed up but I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and that they did not show up at my house when planned. I had to call multiple times to ask where they were and the second time they didn't even show up on the day they were scheduled. Ended up cancelling after the second visit.

Unfortunately, we had a downed truck yesterday, she e-mailed at 7:45am letting me know we did not show on Wednesday and again e-mailed at 8:25am canceling service, I did not get her e-mails today until 12:30pm and her property had already been serviced, not even willing to give us another opportunity to prove ourselves or hear of the credit for customer satisfaction I was willing to offer for the mishap.
