Coast Movers

I thought the move would be just like my past moves, full of troubles but the moving guys I hired assured me of a smooth sail. Thankfully, they made it possible and I enjoyed every bit of the move. It was my first time enjoying a stress-free move. My past moves have always been full of stresses and misfortunes and I never knew the moving company I hired was solely responsible for this. This time around, Coast Movers took care of the entire move and ensured that nothing went wrong. I am truly pleased with their services.

Coast Movers worked with me on my relocation from LA to Seattle and it was a seamless move. Thank God! Things were quite hectic as my condo was sold quicker than I planned and I had a very small window to leave. Jonathon was considerate to my circumstances and gave me a very great rate. I had a lot of delicate items and everything was diligently packed and cared for. Even my Yamaha grand piano went unscathed. I don't know how they did it. Hopefully I won't have do do another move like this, but if I do I know who to call. I've already recommended Coast Movers to a couple friends. Thanks to Coast Movers I have enjoyed a pain free move into my new home! Thank you Jonathon! Everything went beautifully!

I have moved a lot in the last couple of years and this by far had been the worst moving company I have used. I requested labor only for my things to be moved into a pod. When I got to my destination there was thousands of dollars worth of damage to ALL of my furniture. They did not use any of the blankets that I had given them to use for padding, so everything was scratched. On top of that the furniture was stacked in such a way that most of it had gouges and cracks in the wood. Lastly, they failed to remove all the legs from my dresser/ night stand/ bed frame so when it arrived most of the legs had broken off. When I contacted Jonathon Sheridan the owner of the company with my concerns, he told me to send pictures of the damage, and that he would get back to me as soon as possible. Once I sent before and after pictures of all my furniture that showed how each piece was completely trashed, he did not try to reach out to me like he said he would. On top of that it took me around three weeks to get back in contact with him because he no longer was answering my calls or responding to my emails. Once I got in contact with him, he said the crew never had received blankets from me, even though I handed them a pile to use when they first arrived. After trying to explain this, and that the majority of the damage was not small scratches from lack of blankets but big cracks and whole legs broken off, he said there was nothing he could do for me. You would be better throwing your stuff off a building and buying all new furniture than paying for this company to move you.

I looked into so many companies before finally making my choice. And I couldn't have been happier with my decision. The owner who I spoken to on the phone was so pleasant and knowledgeable, and the crew was quick, friendly and got the job done in great time. The pricing was also great for a fully insured company. I've had companies in the past who have broken my things and I had to pay to replace them because the company wasn't insured.
