James Turner, owner & contractor or All Phase Drywall & Remodel, basically abandoned my Drywall job. I went into contract with James on 8-2-2017 when he demanded 50% ($5754) to get started. He started the job knowing final inspection was not ordered to cover. After 2 days of work I had to postpone until we passed inspection. I tried reach out to James via Text, phone and email. James went to Houston to be a FEMA inspector and not only failed to communicate, but abandoned my project and kept the deposits. I have been trying to secure my deposit back from James, but have been unsuccessful. I have had 3 encounters with him over the last 6months and each time he assures me he will return my deposit minus 2days work. At this point he leaves me no alternative other than to execute the following: - Small Claims Law Suit filed in King County District Court - Contractors Complaint with Department of Labor & Industries. Be extremely cautious when dealing with James E. Turner for he is not a reputable contractor or a honest / trustworthy individual.
