Everything that could go wrong has. A year after getting our building painted by Tera, we are still waiting for warranty work which was needed within a few months after completion when the painting began to flake off and the roof coating was blistering because of non adhesion. These guys didn't even caulk which I assumed was a standard practice but I was wrong to assume that an inexperienced operation such as this would know anything about standards. Everything that could go wrong during the project did, from extremely inefficient scheduling, wasted cost of renting a 2nd lift that whenever in use at the same tine as the first, cutting costs by mixing a deep color in a white base which is a way to lower costs since deep colors are more expensive resulting in the wrong color and a refusal to fix it. Rot repair that failed to fix the rot and paint is flaking off. I specifically requested that a two part epoxy coating for the deck surfaces be used which is standard otherwise they will rot and he used the same paint as was used for the siding. I also specifically requested he use flashing tape all the edges along the roof before applying an aluminum coating as ND he didn't. Needless to say there is water intrusion at the edges and the coating is blistered throughout. I could go on this doesn't even scratch the surface of what a mess this project was. Completely arrogant and doesn't have the experience needed to run a reputable company and it's honestly unfair for those who end up accepting a bid from this company because they talk a good game but when it comes to delivery, you immediately know your hired amateurs and wonder what else they've done wrong that you don't know about. Our bid for the job was $36k and the job ended over $50k. They rammed the corner of outbuilding with the lift and didn't fix it like they said they would and they cracked the sidewalk because they parked the lift on an area that was obviously being propped up by a tree root and was a spot that should have been treated with caution . An experienced painter would have known to limit the stress to this slab and not parked directly on top of it cracking it. The city couldn't reach them so we now must replace the slab. Don't hire this company unless it is to paint something you don't care about the finished product.

Tera did an excellent job helping me to paint my basement including a small kitchenette with lots of nooks and crannies. They responded promptly to inquiries, got the job done within my timeframe and they went out of their way to make sure the results were excellent. They also gave me advice on how best to utilize my budget, helping to patch a small area in the wall that had water damage, but letting me paint it myself. They also were happy to spend time scoping out other areas that I wanted advice on, like the condition of my siding. Thank you Tera!
