Variform's founder, Ned Trimming, is a painter with over 20 years experience. Ned overseas all day to day operations and management of the company. Variform strides to guide the customer through the entire painting process. Aside from the painting itself, this process usually involves discussing and evaluating design considerations, engaging in project consulting, and carefully managing each project. Variform's business strategy on five key market segments: home owners, small businesses, construction businesses and operations in construction and retail. Variform Paintings business does not usually involve offering the 'lowest price' or 'bargain' services. Instead. the company's goal is to maintain a financial balance by charging a fare price for it's services while delivering an even higher value for it's clients.
