The sale of your home or property is likely one of the larger transaction you will be involved in, and therefore those who you choose to represent you through the process should be tested. With more than 28 years of trusted leadership in residential real estate sales in the surrounding Seattle/Bellevue metro areas, I have stood the test of all market conditions. As the designated broker, and Vice President of Operations for Fathom Realty in Washington, I am one of the industry leaders locally, yet have NW regional reach. My focus is on "serving others needs, above my own", so that the big "why" behind the move can be realized. I have tested lender referrals, in addition to inspectors and contractors, as well as marketing and media experts to place your property in the best position to sell. Before you make a decision, please contact me for an interview.

Mark helped us quickly sold our home in snohomish last summer. Mark gave us great advices, instructions and helped us to make all the right decisions! We followed his strategies and were surprised that only took a few days to seal the deal! Thanks Mark!

What we loved about Mark is that we never felt any pressure to put an offer on a house. We saw a lot of houses! And when it came down to the house we had been looking for he made sure our offer was the best it could be to have a great chance of being selected. If it wasn't for his expertise in the details of our offer and the current market we wouldn't have gotten the house with 7 other offers. We also worked with another agent and she was awesome too. She really listened to our wants in a house and we felt like she genuinely cared about us finding the right house for our family.

We've used Mark as our Real Estate Agent 4 times now (2 sales, 2 purchases) in the last 10 years, and every time we do, we have an excellent experience. Mark's knowledge of the market, home quality, and neighborhoods help us tremendously during our most recent sale and purchase. He worked tirelessly to get us the best deal and handled the transaction from beginning to end to make sure everything got done without a hitch once the paperwork started moving. I would highly recommend Mark to any of my friends (he was recommended to me by one of my friends 10 years ago). Working with Mark is always a pleasure, and he is my go-to guy for any real estate matters.

All of the sales in the surrounding neighborhood of same age and relatively same condition houses had been significantly less than the value we confirmed in the market place.
