| Deck renovation and Azek PVC decking | Sep 2019 | Northwest Building Solutions of Seattle was hired over the summer of 2019, this project was a complete tear down and rebuild to accommodate a future covered area. the deck was re-framed and appropriate hardware was added. There were a lower staircase and a larger/wider staircase coming down off the new deck at a 45 degree angle with tied in double step that goes over to catch the side door. Wildhog black powder coated railing with cedar painted black for the rail cap. With the low to no maintenance Azek PVC decking was used to cover the just over 400sq.ft area. The decking was box-framed into 3 section with the middle section at a 45 degree angle. Plus all the decking had NO face screws, it was all hidden fasteners/groove fasteners.
