We had them install an alarm system on our commercial building several months ago, it didn't go well. First, they had scheduling issues, then they had technical issues, then just when things seemed to be working, our primary account log-in was lost (by them, somewhere in their system) - it has been months and we still can't access our system online (they just say to use the keypad .. try programming in user info and rules using a keypad .. ridiculous!). I'd give them zero stars but Porch doesn't allow it!
