3D Fencing LLC

Absolute worst company and customer experience I have ever dealt with. I gave them a $3500 deposit in JULY and they didn’t put up my fence until October and didn’t finish it until November. They let my permit sit on their desk for three weeks before they turned it into the county. The owner, Alex (new owner. Apparently the old owner ran the company wonderfully) will make any excuse for issues and then try and turn the problems around on you. They did not install our fence according to our contract and he called and threatened to put a lien on our house in a very nasty manner. He had no idea the fence wasn’t installed correctly bc the workers finished the fence and left the house. The first installer they sent out (a convicted felon for theft, might I add)tried to hire his “buddy” to come finish the fence- someone 3d never knew about. The first installer also put posts into the ground with no concrete.The second set of guys came out at about noon every day and were gone by 3 or 4. They left all supplies on an illegal trailer IN THE ROAD in front of my house for over a week. The supervisor, Mike, had no idea about the short hours. He thought they were out working dawn to dusk. Never came by to see them working, never checked to see if we were satisfied, never called, never came back to look at the fence, never heard from them after the fence was “finished.” There’s no accountability and we experienced too many issues to even begin to write here. I heard great things about people who dealt with the old owner but BEWARE, the company is horrible with Alex. Mike, the supervisor, is also all talk, no action. The 5 star reviews on here are from Alex’s family. What a joke. IF you want issues and a fence you weren’t contracted for, call 3D!

The guy that came out was the most unprofessional,rude and violent person I've ever dealt with. He got so bad that we had to call the police due to his threatening behavior. I don't know what the company thinks about their workers in the field,but this guy should be fired. I pray to God that no one ever has to experience what I myself and all of the people that were with me today experienced. This man was simply rude and violent. Cursing at everyone, making threats and acting like someone from a horror show on TV. I will never have this company do any work,nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. This has been the absolute worst experience of my adult life
