Worst business in Highlands County for Cabinet or Counter. Was told all this wonderful stuff and when it came down to the work it was half assed sadly. The sink was put so far back my kids can't reach the sink now, also when I pull up and down to keep water in the sink it hits the valves under the sink. smh. When I asked about the measurements and who cut them they said they were what was given to them, except his measurement for the sink to the edge of the counter was 3 5/16 and now it is over 7 inches. These were not problems before. While the install was happening they knocked the mirror off the wall and told me I should figure out how to fix it. When I call and ask if we can fix the mistakes I was told if I showed up at James's business to discuss these issues James told me "I will beat your ass you are a special kind of Idiot." At this point they are ducking my phone calls. I look forward to letting friends and family know about my experience and at this point I hope I can find a true Professional.... Update: James is threatening to call the cops on me if i don't take down my review of the company on google for extorting him. James told me he will have me arrested and still beat my ass.

My experience with this company has been horrible. I will start at the beginning to make sure there is no confusion. The only reason I needed a new countertop was because my friend’s son decided to take a toy but metal hammer to the countertop leaving several marks. They offered to replace and they found the company that was going to do so. Well after weeks of waiting and having appointments scheduled without the contractors showing up or rescheduling at the last minute or finally showing up hours after the scheduled time my counter top is in. The sink hole was not cut properly and my children cannot reach the sink to turn it on (this is in their bathroom), there are sharp edges on the backsplash that were not smoothed, and the dipstick that is used to hold water in the sink hits the wall and interferes with closure. The mirror on the wall is now lose and Randy the man completing the project told me it was like that already, which it was not. I also have a few crowbar holes in my wall from him removing the previous countertop. He told he when he was leaving on Wednesday March 20, 2019 that he would return on Friday to repair the holes in my wall and finish caulking around the countertop. He knew when he was leaving I was not happy with where the sink was placed and I mentioned to him before he ever installed it but he told me to see how it looked and when I still was not happy after install he told me he would discuss with his boss about putting in a larger sink or something to compensate for how far back the sink was placed (that would not have fixed the issue, my children would still not be able to reach the faucet I would have just had a larger sink). Needless to say he never showed up and has since been dogging my husband’s phone calls. My husband then proceeded to call his boss and let him know the situation. The first time my husband called James, the owner, was polite and reassured my husband that what happened was wrong and he would remedy the problem. In the meantime Randy, who is trying to cover his own butt, lied to his boss about what transpired. Now James is threatening my husband with violence for calling and checking up on the solution to our issues with the countertop. My husband then left a review shining a light on the situation on Google and now has calls threatening him to report to the police for extortion which is in fact what the owner James was doing by making that phone call. Today a police report has been filed on our behalf and we have left a review with the Better Business Bureau. If this is the type of experience you are looking for with a contractor then this is the one for you. But if you don’t want a headache or a bathroom in worse shape then it was found I would suggest looking elsewhere.
