Serious attitude problem. No people skills. They reply with one word emails, like you are their dog obeying a command. They act like they are doing you a favor and are being put out of their way by charging you $30 more per load than anyone else. If they do decide to grace with their presence, they want you to be able to adjust your schedule at the drop of a dime, because their time is obviously more important than yours. Lessons in manners and customer service are very much needed.
