Remodeling . A price was set a contract made , advances were given , total amount up front , no receipts or invoices returned . Asked numerous times , still none , extras and "overages" immediately eat up original bid , still no invoice or itemization . Cheap materials , used materials substituted materials used . Logical expectations , such as trash removal are overages and extras because not specifically stated in contract , excuses like ," it took longer than expected " or " I didn't anticipate this or that , I need money to pick up material , I'll bring you an invoice , it never materializes . Job drags on and on eventually stops unless you agree to pay more . Not reliable ,no communication doesn't show up when expected , does not return text or calls .
