Smoky Top Construction (STC) is a full range general contractor. We have experience and have developed expertise in feasibility studies, development, subdivision development and vertical construction on all East TN terrains. STC is very experienced in steep slope construction using various types of foundations, specializing in ICF (insulated concrete forms). STC has in more recent years taken on commercial roles on motel and local convention centers. We perform complete cabin restorations and any size remodel projects. In more recent past STC has developed a team to perform cabin remodels and restoration projects. Some projects due to storm and water damage. STC is well versed in working with insurance companies to complete damage claims and repair estimates as well as to restore the property. Smoky Top Construction was the sole developer and builder of Black Bear Falls, a log home resort in Gatlinburg, TN. This development consisted of over 100 true log structures including a clubhouse and pool. This project started at concept with a bare 44 acres of mountain woodlands and was then annexed into the city in 2000. Smoky Top Construction has completed more than 120 homes since 1999 and several hundreds of restoration and remodels.
