Sean was completely unprofessional. He changed our contract after we both signed it, used CRAPPY soil that contained a bunch of invasive weeds, got bored with my project and went to do other things, and never really finished. Finally, he's either a liar or delusional, the way he made up conversations he claimed we'd had and things he said we'd agreed to. I'm honestly a little scared of him, which is why I'm not providing more details in this review, but believe me: pay a bit more and hire ANYONE else. Also, he broke stuff, my stuff, and then left me to pay for it.

Sean Griffin used Home Depot data base to contact me about a paver project. Like Larrisa B. the only thing correct about this company is demolition. In my opinion his landscaping skills are non-existent. After damaging my property with his excavator, he "fixed" it by dumping poor quality top soil and grass seeds, then accused me of not watering it. I am left with bare spots and clumps of soil. My advise is to steer clear of this company.

The only part of the company name that is correct is demolition. Sean Griffin and his crew were to remove rocks and roots, strip and level 2 areas, fill and level with "screened topsoil," and seed the areas. After 2 months I still have rocks and roots exposed, he used "fill" topsoil. The areas are filled with rocks and sticks. Very little grass has grown, BUT, four distinctive weeds have grown in. After 3 weeks he returned and only dumped more garbage soil in top of the already bad soil. He will not seed properly, consequently I have large bare spots and ruts left from his excavator. Via text, he said "all work is guaranteed," accused me of not watering enough, then stated I was unstable, my complaints were unreasonable, and told me to take him to court.
